Throughout my internship period, I came across a lot of opportunities. One of the biggest opportunity I got was to brush up my skills on Adobe software. I was editing one to two videos on weekly basis and I manage to learn a lot by myself. The two Adobe software I used the most during my time there was Adobe Premier Pro and also Adobe Illustrator. I also gained a lot of knowledge when I was given the opportunity to manage the client’s social media account. I was handling two of our client’s social media account whereby for one of the client, DNeX I often create the content, edit the videos they needed and then post it on their social media account. I also often come up with the caption for the posting. Another strength I gained was definitely my writing skills. Although we do a lot of write ups in university but it is different when it comes to corporate. The pressure was even more higher when you know the write ups you do is for a third party. At first I was definitely struggling with writing when it comes to press releases and articles especially because of the terms they use which I am not familiar with. Towards the end of my internship I can say that my writing has improved a lot compared to how it was in the beginning.
